We want you to adore your Eight Royale Signature Flats. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURN

 You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. You may return your package to:

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.) You will receive credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. International customers will be responsible for duties and taxes. Returns for a refund after 30 business days are not entitled to a full refund. Freight costs will not be refunded.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery cost a $7.85 flat rate anywhere in the US. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email as well as notification once your order has shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International delivery costs vary depending on the country we will deliver. Once you have successfully placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If your order is received on a working day by 1pm MST, our goal is to process your order on the same working day. Once the order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email, stating the method of delivery and tracking number. We will be unable to redirect orders once processed.

All overseas orders are sent by USPS and take between 2-10 working days to arrive. We normally use USPS.
