Returns
Thank you for shopping at EightRoyale.com. We hope you love your Eight Royale Ballet Flats as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
Returns requested after 30 business days are not entitled to a full refund. Freight costs will not be refunded.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs a flat rate of $7.85 anywhere in the United States.
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a notification once your order has shipped.
Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
International Delivery
International delivery costs vary depending on the destination country.
Once you have successfully placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If your order is received on a working day by 1:00 PM MST, our goal is to process your order the same working day. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the method of delivery and tracking number.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been processed.
All overseas orders are typically sent by USPS and usually arrive within 2 to 10 working days.
